Salon Policies and Information
Mission Statement: At Charlene Elizabeth Salon we provide quality one on one serve in a warm and inviting atmosphere. Our goal is to ensure your experience to be positive, relaxing and rejuvenating, and our highly trained professionals use the newest techniques, styles and quality products to meet or exceed your expectations.
Payment: We accept cash, and most debit/credit cards. Beginning November 1, 2014 we will no longer be accepting checks.
Cancellation Policy: We ask and appreciate 24 hours notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.
Products: Returned products accepted for credit towards services or another product. No cash refunds. No exchanges on jewelry and all sales are final.
Scheduling of Appointments: We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, and late arrivals greater than 15 minutes can result in a cancellation / rescheduling of your service.
Gift Certificates are available.

Tuesday & Thursday: 9am -8pm
Friday: 9am - 6pm
